Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
Late cancellations may be subject to a fee

Traffic accidents or road closures
Natural disasters or other emergencies
Government actions or regulations
We will always make reasonable efforts to provide timely service despite these events.

We reserve the right to refuse service in case of inappropriate behavior

While we take all reasonable precautions, we are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings
